Even though my title here at the (then) Santa Monica Museum of Art, Santa Monica, California, reflected more of a role, I essentially was the Chief Preparator/Installer. I would not have dreamed of "designing" a show for the Curator, Carole Ann Klonarides, or these artists. My job was to give them what they needed to do their work. I hope that continues to motivate my collaborations in the best way possible.
